Microinnova Engineering GmbH in Austria seeks a dedicated automation engineer to develop MTP-based concepts and program Siemens/Beckhoff controllers for plant construction.

You will independently manage projects, coordinate electrical planning, and support installations. Worldwide commissioning occurs 4–6 weeks annually. Fluency in English and EI&C experience are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifikationen

Your contribution to shared success

• By developing state-of-the-art automation concepts, such as MTP (Module Type Package), you will build expert knowledge and actively help shape an innovative department.
• You will take over the programming of SIEMENS or BECKHOFF controllers in plant construction.
• In the field of automation, you will manage projects independently and efficiently, working closely with suppliers and external partners.
• You will coordinate and support electrical planning as well as electrical installation.
• During the commissioning of plants within the EU (approx. 4–6 weeks per year), you will see the direct results of your successful project work.
• You have sound knowledge of PLC programming (TIA Portal, Beckhoff).
• You bring relevant professional experience in PLC programming as well as experience in the field of EI&C technology (Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control technology).
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) or MTP (Module Type Package) is a plus.
• Good English skills for meetings and commissioning.
• You handle flexible workflows well and enjoy coordinating with various interfaces.
• You show interest in innovative technologies, are open to new developments, and are eager to try new things.

What we offer you

Start of Employment: by arrangement

Extent of employment: 90%

Your monthly salary: The collective agreement for employees in Information and Consulting applies. The specification of the minimum collective agreement remuneration is in accordance with legal requirements for job advertisements based on employment group IV, amounting to € 3,157.47 gross per month. Naturally, depending on education, professional experience, and qualifications, we are willing to significantly overpay the minimum collective agreement salary. The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience and ranges from € 50,000 to € 70,000 gross per year for this position.
