Qualifikationen

• Master Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences or related field.
• Proficient programming skills in Python and other languages relevant to automation.
• Hands‑on experience with liquid handlers or related automation hardware/software is highly desired.

Aufgaben

• Routine sample preparation of drug product samples with an automated liquid handler and maintenance of automation systems.
• Design, develop, program, and implement automated solutions using digital platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365).
• Act as SME in automation and digitalization to lead various workstreams.
• Participate in root cause analysis for automation-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all automation activities comply with GxP regulations, safety standards and company policies.
• Engage with automation scientists and other stakeholders to propose and implement automated solutions.
