ten23 health seeks an experienced Filling Operator to join our Visp team in early 2027. You will operate a highly automated liquid filling plant, monitor processes and support line changeovers within a GMP environment.

The role requires flexibility to work day shifts and a rotating 3-shift system, with no regular weekend work. You will contribute to process development and optimization while collaborating with a skilled team and maintaining rigorous hygiene standards in a dynamic production

Qualifikationen

• Completed Berufslehre with practical pharma production experience.
• Experience in sterile filling and GMP environment.
• Strong affinity for automated production systems and electronics.
• Fluent German written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Operate automated liquid filling plant and monitor the process.
• Support line changeovers with mechanical and electronic aspects.
• Adhere to GMP and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Contribute ideas for process development and optimization.
• Work in a day shift and a flexible 3-shift system with no regular weekend work.
