A leading digital agency based in Salzburg is seeking an Associate Team Lead for its Digital Business Unit. This role offers the opportunity to support team development, manage digital projects, and take on initial leadership responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have experience in digital environments, a strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to grow into a leadership position. The role includes a starting salary of EUR 56,000 gross per year with attractive benefits including health perks and flexible working arrangements.
Overview The Associate Team Lead will support the further development of one of our digital business units. You will gradually grow into leadership responsibilities and take on your first management and organisational tasks related to project management, capacity planning, processes, consulting and development. You will work closely with an experienced Team Lead and the leadership team, learn how to design structures and increasingly carry out operational responsibilities independently. At the same time, you will work on selected digital projects with a clear impact: marketing-oriented, data-driven and based on modern e-commerce, PIM and platform architectures. This role is ideal for individuals who already have solid digital experience and now want to grow into leadership. In this role, you’ll assist with structuring, prioritising and organising, take on initial leadership tasks and actively contribute to the further development of your team and our digital way of working. As your experience grows, you will take on more responsibility and develop into a full‑fledged team lead role.
Annual salary starting at EUR 56,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) based on a full‑time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
