Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree in business or related field with focus on Organisational Behaviour.
• Strong English skills, written and spoken.
• Ability to teach in German.
• Experience with quantitative methods using software (Mplus/R/Stata/SPSS).
• Willingness to use multimedia teaching methods and work in a team.

Aufgaben

• Conduct research actively contributing to the institute’s projects on organisational behaviour.
• Teach and support courses in OB at undergraduate and master levels.
• Co-supervise master’s theses and supervise bachelor’s theses.
• Support administrative responsibilities of the institute.
• Collaborate within a team of researchers to advance projects.
• Engage with international research environment and publish findings.
