As our Assistant Hub Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the daily running of our newest hub coming soon to West End in April 2026. You’ll support our Community Team, uphold premium service standards, and ensure every member feels welcomed, understood, and connected.
Position
- Support the General Hub Manager in leading our Community Team to deliver a consistent 5‑star member experience.
- Drive a warm, hospitality‑led atmosphere built on genuine connection, care, and emotional intelligence.
- Oversee daily reception and operations, including team tasking, rosters, CRM updates, payments, member milestones, and member requests.
- Lead new member onboarding and retention conversations to deepen belonging and engagement.
- Support membership growth by confidently conducting tours, consultations, and renewal conversations in a way that prioritises member needs while meeting sales and retention targets.
- Ensure our spaces are presented to the highest standard: clean, organised, calm, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support events, workshops, programming, and community activations.
- Support training and development of Community Team members to ensure consistency in tone, language, professionalism, and service flow.
- Provide regular feedback, support check‑ins, and model calm, confident leadership on the floor.
- Lead follow‑up touchpoints post‑tour, post‑first‑week, and through key membership transition points.
- Track and report on membership engagement and experience metrics to support continual improvement.
- Support the General Hub Manager with weekly reporting on Membership movement (new joiners, suspensions, cancellations).

- Experience in customer service, people leadership, studio or gym environments, or hospitality is highly regarded.
- Available for mornings, afternoons and weekends on a rotating roster.
