Zauner Anlagentechnik GmbH in Austria is seeking an Assistant Data Center to support the Department Lead Operations Data Center CE with administrative tasks and coordination across HR, Travel & Mobility, and project teams.

You will organize onboarding, prepare presentations, coordinate travel, and help manage documents while working with international teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent German and English are required.

• Completed commercial or technical education.
• Initial professional experience in an assistant, coordination, or project support role.
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and independent way of working.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Enjoy working with different departments and international teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Very good German and good English language skills.

To support our growing Data Center business, we are looking for a motivated Assistant Data Center to join our team. In this key coordination role, you will support the Department Lead Operations Data Center CE with organizational and administrative tasks and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with HR, Travel & Mobility, and the operational project teams.

Compensation

Please note that the collective agreement minimum salary under the attractive Austrian Metal Industry Collective Agreement amounts to € 2.199,15 gross per month. The actual salary will be determined based on your qualifications and professional experience and typically ranges between € 2.200 and € 2.600 gross per month.
