Assistant Breakfast Manager

The Assistant Breakfast Manager is responsible for overseeing daily breakfast operations ensuring an elevated dining experience that reflects The Ritz‑Carlton standards. This role requires a strong leader who is passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail and dedicated to delivering warm anticipatory service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise breakfast service to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction and taking active part in the breakfast operation
• Support train and inspire our breakfast team to achieve service excellence
• Assist with scheduling staffing and daily shift management
• Maintain compliance with health safety and brand standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu consistency and quality
• Address guest feedback with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor inventory cost controls and operational efficiency

Your Qualifications :

• Previous supervisory or management experience in luxury hospitality preferably in food & beverage
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with early morning shifts
• Knowledge of fine dining service standards and breakfast operations preferred

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position based on full‑time employment is 2.26300 per month. A higher salary may be offered depending on your qualifications and experience.
