Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the portfolio and pipeline strategy for assigned asset categories.
• Provide expertise in seed treatment and/or insecticides (strongly preferred).
• Act as the go-to expert, facilitating communication across core functions and the distribution business.
• Conduct market and financial analyses to support product positioning and marketing strategies.
• Influence cross-functional teams directly and indirectly.
• Ensure efficient product supply, strong branding, and category growth.
• Serve as the main interface between Research & Development, Sales and Customers.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferably in Biology and Agronomy.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or product management.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles.
• Excellent project, process, and organizational management skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence collaborative teams.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with proven impact.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the core regions.
• Professional fluency in English; knowledge of German is preferred.
