Job summary

Jung von Matt DONAU sucht eine:n Art Director (d/f/m) mit Abschluss in Grafik- oder Kommunikationsdesign und 3–5 Jahren Berufserfahrung in einer großen Kreativagentur. Du beherrschst aktuelle Programme, entwickelst Looks, Konzepte und Kampagnen und führst Junior:innen an.

Erste Erfahrungen in Premiere und Cinema 4D wünschenswert, Deutsch/Englisch sicher in der Präsentation. Du arbeitest eng mit Fotografie, Strategen und Kreation zusammen, steuerst Projekte und setzt Designs in vielseitigen

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Grafik- oder Kommunikationsdesign.
• 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer großen Kreativagentur vorteilhaft.

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung von Looks, Performances, Konzepten und Kampagnen für mehrere Accounts.
• Erarbeitung und Ausarbeitung verschiedener Layouts und Präsentationstemplates.
• Selbstständige Briefings aller Stakeholder (Fotografen, Illustratoren, Konzeptentwickler).
• Führung, Training und Weiterentwicklung von Junioren und Praktikant:innen.
• Projektübersicht und Ressourcenplanung (Junioren/Praktikant:innen, Freelancer).

Position

Jung von Matt DONAU is looking for an Art Director (d/f/m). As the ideal JvM Art Director (d/f/m), you completed your studies or training in the field of graphic or communication design and you have 3‑5 years of professional experience, preferably in a large creative agency. You can ride the rodeo on all current programs and also have skills in After Effects, which you would like to develop further with us. First experiences in Premiere and maybe even Cinema 4D would be great.

• Experience with photo shoots, social productions and initial film shoots
• Confident handling of partners and service providers
• Stylistic range and great visual variety

• Composing, animation and editing skills with visual and stylistic diversity
• Basic knowledge of creative prompting

Your tasks:

• Development of looks, performances, concepts and campaigns for multiple accounts matching the brand and product
• Development and elaboration of various layouts and presentation templates
• Independent briefing of all stakeholders (including photographers, illustrators, concept developers)
• Supervision, training and further education of juniors and interns
• Project overview and resource planning (of juniors and interns, booking of freelancers)
