You will bridge scientific exploration with practical implementation, carrying experiments through to open releases or production systems while collaborating with engineers, therapists, and product teams.

Qualifikationen

• Background in speech, audio understanding, generation, or representation learning.
• Applied research mindset balancing novelty with usefulness.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning, large-scale training, and PyTorch.

• Research and develop audio models for speech understanding and generation.
• Explore architectures that reason across audio, text, and timing signals.
• Curate data strategies and develop synthetic or model-assisted data pipelines.
• Establish benchmarks to measure details that standard audio metrics miss.
• Move from papers to working experiments with clear conclusions.
• Train and optimize models efficiently on modern GPU infrastructure.
• Turn successful prototypes into reliable open models and nyra health capabilities.
• Contribute to papers, datasets, and open-source releases.
