Qualifikationen

• Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field.
• Several years of experience developing and operationalising ML/DL solutions (PyTorch, TensorFlow) on GPU/HPC systems.
• Proven experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and domain-specific fine-tuning.
• Practical experience with MLOps: Docker/Kubernetes, GitOps, MLflow/Kubeflow, observability stacks.
• Experience with HPC schedulers (e.g., SLURM) and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with Responsible-AI-Frameworks and EU-AI-Regulations.
• Strong English and German language skills.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver applied AI solutions from client needs to MVPs in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to innovation sprints and venture-building activities with startups and researchers.
• Ideate, prototype, and validate AI solutions using design thinking and iterative experiments.
• Develop end-to-end AI applications and data pipelines with robust engineering practices.
• Mentor teams on AI pipelines design, development, and responsible AI practices.
• Design and operate AI workflows including training, RAG, distributed training, and MLOps templates.
• Support development and delivery of AI training formats like workshops and tutorials.
• Collaborate with partners to capture learnings and continuously improve AI services.
