We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Centre Manager to lead our Redcliffe clinic. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Allied Health professional (Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Exercise Physiologist) to advance their career and shape the future of healthcare in the broader Moreton Bay region.
We are looking for an exceptional leader who will not only manage operations but will actively inspire their multi‑disciplinary team and encourage a culture of lifelong learning. Your mission will be to create patient experiences that are truly memorable, establishing the Redcliffe clinic as the definitive place to come for Allied Health in the Moreton Bay area and beyond.
Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, you will be the clinical leader responsible for ensuring the overall success of the clinic and team members. This role encompasses leading clinical excellence, supporting your people, and promoting your business. Our clinics cover all funding bodies, including NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, and Occupational Health.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Clinical Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a passionate multi‑disciplinary team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and fun.
Talent Development: Support the team through recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and professional development, championing lifelong learning.
Operational Excellence: Oversee day‑to‑day clinical operations, managing diaries, inventories, compliance, budgets, and rostering to cover a 6‑day clinic.
Client Experience: Work closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure a frictionless and exceptional experience for every client and referrer.
Strategic Growth: Identify areas for business growth and partner with the Executive team to implement strategic initiatives that expand our community impact.
Clinical Practice: Lead from the front by maintaining your own part‑time clinical caseload.
Goal Achievement: Support your team to achieve their KPI's and meet key business deadlines.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Qualified Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Exercise Physiologist with a minimum of 5 years of high performing clinical experience.
Registered with the relevant governing body (AHPRA, APA, OTA, ESSA, etc.).
Proven leadership experience and a clear ability to influence, lead, and mentor a team of passionate clinicians.
Clinical experience across all major funding schemes: NDIS, DVA WorkCover and other insurance schemes.
Excellent communication skills and strong work discipline with an ability to meet and exceed deadlines.
Relevant compliance checks: National Police Check, Driver's License and car, Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check.
