Erste Group Bank AG offers an exciting AI Governance internship in Vienna. You will support the assessment and governance of AI use cases, including generative AI and LLM solutions, and document AI risks and compliance requirements.

The role involves contributing to governance policies and preparing stakeholder reports and documentation. The program runs for 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time, starting February 2027, with professional development support and an internship allowance.

Qualifikationen

• Ongoing studies in CS/AI or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of AI, ML and generative AI.
• Hands-on Python and data analysis experience.
• Familiarity with AI risk, governance and EU AI Act helpful.
• Interest in banking and responsible AI adoption.

Aufgaben

• Support assessment and governance of AI use cases, including generative AI and LLMs.
• Identify and document AI risks, control gaps and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to AI governance policies, standards and assessment frameworks.
• Prepare reports, presentations and governance documentation for stakeholders.
• Participate in reviews, workshops and initiatives promoting responsible AI adoption.
