Simon-Kucher is building a central Data & AI function in Austria - Vienna. The AI Enablement Manager will drive AI adoption across the organization, translating capabilities into practical workflows, training, and community activities.

You will own initiatives from concept through rollout, adoption, and measurement, working with diverse teams and AI products. You bring 3+ years in communications or related roles, a university degree, and strong English; experience with AI and digital

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in internal communications, change management, or related roles.
• University degree in communications, business, psychology, HR or marketing.
• Experience in consulting or corporate environments; AI/digital transformation is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; other European languages are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Translate AI initiatives into clear messaging and drive adoption communications.
• Run pilots and tests for AI tools, translate feedback into actionable enablement.
• Develop enablement materials, including workflows, prompts, demos, and training.
• Track adoption metrics and prepare reports for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Data & AI and other teams; manage initiatives end-to-end.
• Lead the global AI Champions Network and empower local multipliers.
