Aggregation and Affiliates Coordinator | Role Overview

The Aggregation and Affiliates Coordinator supports the Senior Manager in managing relationships with key partners. You will be the main contact for day‑to‑day partner communication, BAU support, reporting, risk management and coordination of initiatives. This role suits someone organised, proactive and comfortable working across technical and non‑technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day partner communication and support SLAs and technical escalations
  • Review partner pages, quote journeys and content for accuracy, compliance and brand alignment
  • Work with Legal, Compliance, Pricing, Product, IT, Sales and Service to resolve issues and deliver updates
  • Identify and manage risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain data integrity, elevate risks and support transparent reporting
  • Update training and knowledge content
  • Support reporting, insights, change requests and new initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner performance and customer journeys
Experience & Qualifications

Must have

  • Experience in B2B relationship management
  • Experience supporting strategy development and delivering operational outcomes
  • Strong understanding of risk, governance and compliance in a regulated environment
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills
  • High level of organisation, ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong problem solving skills and confidence in decision making
  • Background in financial services or insurance
  • Prior experience with aggregators or affiliate partnerships
  • Basic analytical skills and experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI or Tableau
  • Interest in data and analysis with potential to grow in this area
