Job summary

Magna Powertrain is seeking an Aftersales Engineer (m/w/d) to represent service interests during vehicle development, create technical documentation, and provide data to customers. The role sits at the intersection of development, project teams and customers within our Service Technologies group.

Candidates should have a technical qualification, good Microsoft Office skills, fluent English, CAD knowledge and the ability to work independently in a cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. HTL, KFZ-Technik Meister), technisches Studium von Vorteil

Diese Position bezieht sich auf unsere Tochter Service Technologies GmbH & Co OG (S-TEC). Die S-TEC ist weltweit als Vertriebs- und Servicepartner im Ersatzteil-Bereich für Kraftfahrzeuge tätig. Über deine Rolle

In deiner Rolle als Aftersales Engineer vertrittst du die kundenspezifischen Service- und Aftersales-Interessen bereits während der Fahrzeugentwicklung. Du erstellst technische Dokumentationen, stellst relevante Daten bereit und bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Projektteam und Kunden.
