The OMV Group invites motivated students to join the Corporate Procurement team in Vienna for a hands-on internship. You will gain exposure to daily procurement operations, vendor research, market analyses, and data-driven cost insights.

You'll support purchase order prep, invoice checks, and tender activities while developing skills in SAP/Ariba and advanced Excel. Fluent German and English are required; join a diverse team shaping a sustainable future.

Qualifikationen

• Currently studying Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, seeking practical experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with data and numbers oriented work style.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in German and English; team-oriented and proactive.

• Assist daily procurement operations and administrative tasks.
• Conduct vendor research, market analysis and benchmarking.

• Daily operations of Corporate Procurement and related processes, for OMV, Petrom and Borealis.
• Procurement administration like purchase order preparation, invoice checking and challenge demand.
• Specific benchmark topics, e.g. vendor research and evaluation, market research.
• Procurement specific calculations, data analysis and preparation of information.
• Expense tracking and reporting as well as cost analysis and risk management.
• Maintenance of data in various Procurement tools (esp. SAP / SAP ARIBA).
• Accompany and support national and international tenders.

• Currently studying Business Administration or Supply Chain Management and you want to gain practical experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and eager to work with data and numbers.
• Microsoft Office, in particular Excel & PowerPoint, is walk in the park for you.

The support contribution will be between € 1.100,- and € 1.400,-monthly, depending on your level of education.
