The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Safety Manager to join our CPS plant in CABA. You will lead safety strategy, drive continuous improvement of safety programs, and ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and local regulations.

You will develop annual safety plans, train associates and contractors, manage emergencies, and report safety metrics to leadership, contributing to reliable and safe operations across the facility.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a relevant technical field.
• 7+ years of safety management experience, with leadership of teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Expertise in ISO 45001, safety and security risk assessments, OHS KORE requirements, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, fire protection, and contractor management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the continuous improvement of the site safety management system to meet ISO 45001 standards and local regulations.
• Conduct and update risk assessments ensuring regulatory and corporate standards compliance.
• Develop and execute an annual safety program in collaboration with plant functions.
• Oversee change management programs and enhance safety procedures and standard work instructions.
• Deliver training programs for new associates, contractors, and technical personnel.
• Monitor and analyze site safety performance and report data to leadership.
