Expro in Neuquén, Argentina seeks an experienced maintenance supervisor to ensure safe maintenance and movement of parts. You will ensure documentation aligns with company policies and collaborate with logistics to meet operational needs.

The role requires a technical qualification and 6+ years in a related field with SAP experience. You will lead a team, manage inspections, and promote safety through established programmes and daily housekeeping practices.

• Hold a Technical Qualification.
• 6+ years of work experience in a related technical field and SAP knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment is carried out in line with requirements and certifications.
• Prepare and record documentation for movement of goods and workshop supply items per procedures.
• Supervise personnel within the facility.
• Carry out required inspections and ensure documentation is up to date with correct revision.
• Report incidents and non-conformances in line with procedures and deadlines.
• Update job packs and return to foreman at end of each period.
• Coordinate with logistics and stores to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Participate in morning safety/status meetings and updates.
• Engage in Stop Work Authority and Positive Intervention Programme.
• Maintain daily housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment.

Overall Purpose of the Job

Responsible for ensuring that support is given to ensure maintenance and the movement of parts and equipment is actioned in line with compliance and the client and or operational requirements in a safe and organised manner. Ensure all documentation and recording of information is in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Ensure all documentation and recording of information is in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Key Activities And Accountabilities

• Ensure that the preparation and preventative maintenance of equipment is undertaken in line with customer and/or operational requirements and in compliance with certification requirements.
• Ensure all documentation is prepared and recorded for the movement of goods and supply of items required for workshop operations as per Company procedures
• Undertake the supervision of personnel within the facility
• Where necessary undertake required inspections of equipment and prepare the appropriate documentation to ensure compliance with company’s policies, procedures and practices. Ensure that all documentation is the correct revision.
• Report all incidents and non-conformances in line with the appropriate procedures and deadlines
• Update job packs and return to the foreman/supervisor at the end of each work period
• Liaise with various internal departments such as logistics and stores to ensure all required components and movement of items is achieved to ensure timely completion of tasks in line with operational requirements.
• Actively participate in morning meetings to discuss safety, maintenance status/tasks, mobilisation/demobilisation updates etc
• Use Stop Work Authority; actively encourage participation in Positive Intervention Programme
• Ensure the daily housekeeping of work area is undertaken to ensure a safe working environment
• Liaise with internal and external parties as and when required to ensure all aspects of workshop activity are discussed as required with the relevant parties to ensure effective communication thereby achieving continued safe working by all parties and task completion

Job Knowledge And Qualifications
