Job summary

Rumzer is seeking a talented Webflow Developer & Webmaster to own our website's development, deployment, and ongoing upkeep. This fully remote, part-time role (80 hours/month) offers the chance to make a tangible impact on our digital presence from anywhere.

You will build pages in Webflow, maintain site health, deploy updates, and implement basic SEO. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Webmaster with 2+ years in Webflow, is fluent in English, and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup-ready with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
• Fluent English; Spanish or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates.

• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
