YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI-driven projects remotely. The role covers graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows, with paid experience in human-data work for AI models required.

You will evaluate AI outputs, provide high-quality feedback, and annotate content while meeting project deadlines. Tools include Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, and more; strong English communication is essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling and annotation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication (B2 level or above).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
