Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to guide a team, ensure top-quality care for pets, and support the Practice Manager and COS. You will help coordinate client services and act as a veterinary assistant when needed.

The role emphasizes client education, adherence to Banfield protocols, and maintaining productivity while delivering exceptional service to pets and clients. Weekend/evening shifts required.

Formación

• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
• Must read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Experience in a veterinary setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences while guiding the team.
• Support Practice Manager and COS to maximize hospital productivity.
• Perform duties of Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant when needed.
• Schedule staff to meet client needs and plan CE activities.
