**Responsibilities and Impact:**
The Motion Designer will fulfill best-in-class creative video and audio requirements across the four diverse business divisions and at the corporate level. This role will fulfill strategic, engaging, effective, customer-focused video and audio projects, including the creation and editing of video and audio content as both standalone pieces and as part of multi-channel marketing campaigns. The Motion Designer will demonstrate a proven ability to ideate, develop and deliver innovative concepts in line with brand guidelines while pushing to explore new creative methods to elevate the overall brand, working closely with Creative Directors, producers, designers and writers.
**This person will be and/or demonstrate the following:**

• Serve as a strategic thinker, developing and executing creative solutions that align with - and at times push - the boundaries of our brand
• Experience leveraging AI in the creative workflow to drive efficiency and innovation
• Ability to concept, storyboard, edit and animate all video content types
• Collaborate across the team and organization to deliver leading, relevant, and cohesive video and audio, rapidly synthesizing and iterating on feedback when necessary
• Demonstrate a passion for storytelling, with an ability to transform complex topics into compelling visual stories with audience objectives and business goals in mind
• Proficient in 3D animation
• Motion Design Fundamentals - Understanding of timing and spacing, principles of animation, visual hierarchy, composition and layout, typography best practices, brand consistency, and use of transitions that support storytelling
• Stay up to date with latest industry trends, technological advancements and industry best practices in video, broadcast TV, audio, production, and studio management
• Work with Senior Technical Producer to assess, document and maintain third party vendor relationships

**What We're Looking For:**
**Basic Required Qualifications:**

• Must provide a portfolio of exceptional work that demonstrates your skills and experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience and/or training
• Proficient in industry-standard video editing and animation tools
• Knowledge of typography, composition, color theory and hierarchy fundamentals
• Experience in video production including, specifically editing and graphics, in both live broadcasts and pre-recorded content
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable and excited to work in a corporate environment, who views being in-house as an opportunity to create engaging and effective video content with a premium, global brand
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack (React/Node.js)

The SYSS Engineering Group in Latin America provides fully engineered control system solutions for power and process plants in the Americas. The group focuses on installing and replacing plant control systems with Emerson DCS's (Delta V & Ovation), Reliability and SCADA Solutions providing engineering design, system integration, testing and commissioning services to deliver comprehensive solutions to our customers. The successful candidate will be an essential part of the group with responsibilities of participating in projects supporting regional offices such us Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and also US Offices.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
**Project Engineer role:**
With minimal direction can design some non-complex solutions.

• Designs and implements hardware database, logics, graphics and datalinks.
• With guidance selects hardware and software for project implementation.
• Review application documentation for quality, accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with project technical leader/s to verify the project requirements are met accordingly.
• Solve technical problems through the combination of standard procedures, modifications of standard procedures, experience, or methods developed in previous assignments.

• Supervise Remote Engineering teams (India, Cluj, others) of big projects being able to oversee a groups of 25-30 Engineers
• Promote Adoption of Productivity tools as well as actively seek for alternatives to optimize Engineering hours and establish actions to increase projects profit.
• Validate Execution Strategy, Estimate Engineering Effort and Support Risk assessment for Project Pursuits
• Lead High Complexity Commissioning and Plant Startups and being able to act a Site Manager of a team of 10+ Engineers
• Solve technical problems through the combination of standard procedures, modifications of standard procedures, experience, or methods developed in previous assignments.
• Track project's progress, budget performance and risk assessment and issue weekly reports.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**

• Engineering degree in related field.
• Travel time up-to 60%.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Portuguese is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in DCS or PLC/SCADA in Industrial Automation.
• At least 6 Technical Lead roles of medium size projects (over 2000 I/O points)
• Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• A good business understanding and the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.
• 8+ Years of Power Industry experience is required with demonstrated expertise in Gas and Steam Turbine startup, commissioning, and performance testing
