GlobRes is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to craft seamless, delightful digital experiences across web and mobile. You will own the design process from brainstorming to high-fidelity mockups and create interactive prototypes in Figma to bring concepts to life.

You will collaborate with product managers and developers, advocate for clean, intuitive UX, and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

Formación

• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience in SaaS, web, or mobile apps.
• Fluency in Figma, including plugins, prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
• Experience with vector-based tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, SVG) for scalable icons and graphics.
• Passion for solving user problems through research, testing, and iteration.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color palettes and responsive design.
• Killer portfolio showcasing design process and Figma expertise.
• Excellent communication to present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Experience with motion design and accessibility (WCAG).

You Bring

• Fluency in Figma (mastery of plugins, prototyping, and collaborative workflows is a must).
• Experience with vector-based tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, SVG) for designing scalable icons, graphics, and elements that maintain quality across different devices and resolutions.
• Passion for solving user problems through research, testing, and iteration.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color palates and responsive design.

• Excellent communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
