Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to hotel rooms.
• Take food and beverage orders, often over the phone.
• Set up trays and tables for delivery according to standards.
• Carry trays and carts to guest rooms.
• Deliver orders promptly and accurately.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Answer guest questions about the menu and make recommendations.
