We’re looking for a Senior with expertise in hands‑on development to join our GDS Tax technology and Transformation Team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Drive the project to achieve milestones.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
• Understand existing application architecture and solution design.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, programming patterns, and solving complex problems.
• Experience with working with Agile methodology and scrums and stand ups.
• Demonstrated history of excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large‑scale, high‑quality systems and software products.
• Strong written & oral communication skills.
• Review code and establish best practices.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Technical attributes:

• Development experience using .Net/C#
• React/Angular
• Cloud Development on Azure (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure APIM, Azure Kubernetes Services…)
• Experience working with Azure SDK & CLI
• End to End API development experience
• Data access services development
• Azure CI/CD, Unit test, Integration test and Mock testing experience
• Hands‑on experience across all phases of SDLC using agile methodologies

Management attributes:

• Experience in communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations, using tools such as PowerPoint/Excel/Word.
• Experience working under agile delivery methodology.
• Experience with researching new products/tools and rapid prototyping.
