A leading training organization seeks a Caregiver Trainer to deliver high-quality training and support to new and existing Caregivers in Tucumán, Argentina. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 6 qualification in Training Delivery and Evaluation and at least a year of experience in care management. Responsibilities include engaging teaching sessions, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Strong teaching, communication, and organizational skills, along with empathy, are essential to succeed in this role.

Formación

A Caregiver Trainer will be responsible for delivering high‑quality training and induction sessions to new and existing Caregivers, ensuring compliance with Dovida & HSE standards. This role requires strong teaching and mentoring skills, empathy, and attention to detail to support Caregivers in delivering excellent home care services.

Responsibilities and Competencies
  • Deliver engaging, high‑quality teaching and learning sessions that reflect best practices in home care.
  • Work collaboratively with Shared Service Recruitment Team, HR departments, and management teams to meet training objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Provide individualized support to Caregivers, addressing their specific learning needs.
  • Conduct and oversee assessments during induction training, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure training delivery meets the requirements and quality standards set by Dovida.
  • Monitor, track, and report on KPIs related to training performance and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records to support monitoring and reporting.
  • Deliver manual handling and patient handling classes, ensuring all equipment used is regularly serviced and compliant.
  • Provide timely refresher manual and patient handling training sessions for existing staff.
  • Complete the New Caregiver NCCA following induction training.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire learners in a supportive manner.
  • Excellent organisational and record‑keeping skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a people‑focused approach.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining industry knowledge.
Requirements
  • Train the Trainer Delivery and Evaluation – Level 6 qualification (mandatory).
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in care management within a home‑care setting is preferred (extensive caregiver experience may also be considered).
