Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Buenos Aires is seeking a proactive analyst to tackle diverse daily queries from stakeholders, including clients, and to perform analytical tasks applying knowledge and independent thinking. You will partner with key teams to drive collaboration and deliver improvements across processes.

The role requires advanced English, clear communication, strong ownership, and a willingness to work in a pressurized, changing environment. Experience in related functions is a plus.

• Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved with a client-oriented focus.
• Investigate and provide solutions to various queries from internal/external clients as well as internal teams.
• Complete operations projects and ad hoc requests to satisfy new initiatives and operations/technology enhancements (new system implementations).

In this role you will be facing different challenges such as:

• Out of the box thinking for resolving daily queries from our many stakeholders from the business, including clients as well.


• Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills and independent thinking.


• Strong partnership with key stakeholder, finding ways to collaborate together.

And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:

• Process flow understanding, including ability to understand current flows and linkage between systems and think how the process can be improved/streamlined.

• Previous experience dealing with clients (is preferred)


• Alteryx/Tableau and any other Intelligent Solutions programs are a plus


• BA or BS degree preferred (preferably in Economics)
