ExxonMobil in Buenos Aires is seeking an Exchange & Broker Management Analyst to safeguard Global Trading and Market Risk activities. You will pair with Market Risk, Global Trading, Brokers, and Exchanges to ensure a secure, compliant, and efficient trading environment while leading process improvements across governance and data quality.
You will manage access, onboarding, documentation, and audits, supporting cross-functional projects and quarterly analytical reviews to drive operational
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, math, statistics, economics, finance, or supply chain.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical skills; coding skills preferred.
- Familiarity with trading systems (e.g., SAP) and exchange/broker platforms.
- Experience in access management, compliance, or trading operations preferred.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint).
Responsabilidades
- Exchange Access Governance and Oversight: lead routine trader access reviews and maintain records.
- Onboarding: coordinate onboarding/offboarding of traders and users across global exchanges.
- Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: perform quality checks and propose process enhancements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: act as liaison with Market Risk, Global Trading, Brokers, and Exchanges.
- System & Data Ownership: maintain trading data in SAP and related platforms.
- Project & Initiative Support: contribute to process automation and control enhancements.
- Lead quarterly analysis of Trading Observations to identify insights and improvements.
