FieldCore is seeking a Tooling Coordinator in Neuquén, Argentina to maintain, coordinate, update records, visually inspect, and coordinate shipping to tooling for the warehouse. The role includes updating company databases to ensure accurate materials and tooling status, with potential additional duties to support FieldCore’s vision and values.

• Bachelor degree or 2 years of experience in a sourcing-related role.
• High School Diploma with 5 years of logistics planning and execution experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret technical manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Track tooling and calibration work orders that are open and need to be processed.
• Track shipments to customers/Field Service Representatives and tools returning for calibration.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure kits have proper quantities and tools.
• Update records of tools that have been calibrated or need calibration.
• Coordinate new tool purchases and add to database.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders for replacement parts.
