High Scale is seeking a TikTok Content Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will own TikTok content strategy, plan publishing calendars, and work closely with creators, editors, and strategists to deliver videos that captivate audiences and drive measurable results.

You will analyze performance data to refine formats, hooks, and storytelling while staying ahead of platform trends and opportunities across lifestyle, fashion, and beauty brands.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in TikTok content management or social media/digital marketing.
• Portfolio of TikTok accounts managed with performance results required.
• Experience with DTC/eCommerce, beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute TikTok content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage content production with creators, editors, and strategists to deliver engaging videos.
• Oversee daily publishing across assigned brand accounts with compelling captions and hashtags.
• Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into strategy improvements.
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends and translate them into opportunities for our brands.
