A healthcare technology firm located in Buenos Aires is looking for a professional with at least 2 years of experience in system and data analysis. Candidates should have a background in the healthcare industry and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to define business requirements, troubleshooting EDI files, and providing insights to support business decisions. Formación

  • 2+ years of experience with system analysis, data analysis, and/or process improvement.
  • 1+ year of experience in the Healthcare Industry.
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare & TPA Industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully analyzing data and gathering requirements.

Responsabilidades

  • Maintain an understanding of the workflows between operational departments.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, validate, and clarify business requirements.
  • Communicate status of ongoing tasks on a regular basis to end users and the Manager of Technical Operations.
  • Analyze insurance claims and eligibility files for troubleshooting operational inquiries.
  • Identify technical issues from improper enrollment on EDI files.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain an understanding of the workflows between operational departments
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, validate, and clarify business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of needs and expectations so that changes or new clients are implemented seamlessly
  • Communicate status of ongoing tasks on a regular basis to end users and the Manager of Technical Operations
  • Analyze the mapping of insurance claims, import/export files, and eligibility files for troubleshooting any operational inquiry
  • Identify technical issues that may arise from improper enrollment or enrollment changes on electronic data interchange (EDI) files and coordinate with engineering partners to resolve issues
  • Coordinate ongoing EDI testing, implementations, and upgrades
  • Ensure that business requirements are translated into actionable solutions that align with organizational goals, leveraging expertise to bridge the gap between needs and implementable solutions
  • Other duties as assigned the Manager of Technical Operations or Senior Technical Operations Specialist

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with system analysis, data analysis, and/or process improvement
  • 1+ year of experience in the Healthcare Industry
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare & TPA Industry preferred
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
  • Experience in using various data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant software
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully analyzing data, gathering requirements, and providing valuable insights and solutions to support business decision‑making
  • Ability to work collaboratively, facilitate discussions, and negotiate requirements among various teams
  • Knowledge/Experience with ANSI 5010 transactions like 837, 835, 834, 270/271 preferred
