Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect to lead tax technology implementations and governance across LATAM. You will design and optimize tax processes within ERP and tax applications, collaborating with regional tax teams and DT&D to enable accurate tax determination and reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, international tax experience, and English fluency, with a hybrid work model and a preference for candidates based in Rosario or other LATAM locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English language skills – written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP systems.
• Experience in international tax/finance environments.
• Based in Rosario (Argentina), Coronel (Chile), San José (Costa Rica) or Mexico City (Mexico).

Responsibilities

• TAX SOLUTIONS: Support ERP tax implementations, gather local tax requirements, assist design, testing, and trainings following go-live.
• TAX ERP ANALYSIS: Maintain tax requirements in ERP systems and tax applications using a standard tax methodology.
• TAX ARCHITECTURE: Ensure tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented consistently across tax areas.
• TAX LIASON: Collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to converge on solutions.
