Job summary

Gbs Group is seeking a Remote Staff Accountant / Tax Professional to support a U.S.-based client. This fully remote role requires aligning work hours with U.S. Eastern Time and collaborating with a U.S. team.

You will prepare financial statements, assist with U.S. tax returns, perform reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end closes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of accounting, a degree in Accounting or Finance, and solid English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably for U.S.-based clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and tax concepts; proficient with related software.

An established U.S. public accounting firm is looking to add a remote Staff Accountant / Tax Professional to its team. This role supports a U.S.-based client and requires working hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.
