An environmental organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support corporate functions across various regions. This role involves facilitating the entire recruitment process, collaborating with HR to align hiring strategies with business goals, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, have at least one year of staffing experience, and possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in English is essential, and familiarity with HR Information Systems, particularly Workday, is preferred.

Formación

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR specializing in Staffing and Talent Acquisition.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems, preferably Workday and Service Now.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the Corporate functions in the United States and Canada as well as other countries within the region as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process to ensure a positive experience for applicants and hiring supervisors.
  • Collaborate with HR and the business to understand their business strategy and talent requirements.
  • Develop and implement short and long‑term hiring strategies to support business plans.
  • Leverage Workday and advanced recruiting and sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and secure top talent.
  • Partner with hiring supervisor and business HR in the offer stage, extending verbal and written offer and processing necessary system steps.
  • Identify trends and opportunity areas to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related careers.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR specializing in Staffing and Talent Acquisition.
  • Must be highly proficient in English.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
  • Teamwork and customer service focus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in HR specializing in Staffing and Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems, preferably Workday and Service Now.
  • US, regional or global experience and/or working in a Shared Service center.
  • Open to work on a flexible time and holidays, as needed.
