AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Sustainability Data Analytics Specialist II to join our global team and advance our sustainability program. You will analyze carbon emissions, support decarbonization initiatives, and ensure compliance with environmental standards across transportation and logistics operations.

Ideal candidates have a data science or sustainability background, 2+ years of ESG experience, and hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.

Responsabilidades

• Carbon Emission Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report data on carbon emissions across transportation and other logistics activities. Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards such as the GHG Protocol and the GLEC Framework. Develop and utilize databases and software tools to streamline data collection and reporting processes. Coordinate with operational groups to ensure data accuracy.
• Decarbonization Initiatives: Support design and implementation of sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing our AIT's environmental footprint. This includes projects related to renewable fuels, renewable energy, energy efficiency and waste reduction.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate internally and externally to promote sustainability practices and drive engagement in sustainability initiatives.
• Reporting and Communications: Assist with annual sustainability surveys and annual sustainability report.
• Research and analysis: Conduct research on emerging trends, best practices, and technological advancements. Provide insights and recommendations. Provide updates on applicable policies by geographies.

Overview

The Sustainability Data Analytics Specialist II is responsible for supporting and enhancing AIT's global sustainability program. The role will focus on analyzing and reporting carbon emission, identifying opportunities for emission reduction, and ensuring compliance with relevant environmental regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Data Science, Engineering, Sustainability or other related field Required

Experience Qualifications

• 2+ years Business related sustainability or ESG education or experience Required

Skills And Abilities

• Experience with ESG/sustainability in corporate setting
• Experience preferred with carbon emission reporting software or frameworks (GLEC framework, GHG protocol, EcoTransIT, Lune or similar)
• Experience preferred with data analytics or data visualization software (Excel, SQL, PowerBI)
• Must be detail oriented as well as proactive and self-motivated
• Passion for sustainability and decarbonization
