Qualifications

Responsibilities

Requirements

1. 1. At least two years of relevant work experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearance;
2. 2. Familiarity with Argentina’s import and customs clearance procedures; experience in air import operations is preferred;
3. 3. Strong on-site coordination skills, with the ability to independently liaise with customs authorities, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and customers to resolve logistics-related issues;
4. 4. Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills;
5. 5. Strong sense of responsibility and execution, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Coordinate international activities and operations related to Argentina.

4. 4. Responsible for the end-to-end management and tracking of subcontract execution and Purchase Order (PO) issuance.

6. 6. Strictly audit subcontractor settlement documents and invoices, driving internal approval workflows to ensure compliant and timely payments.
7. 7. Conduct periodic subcontractor performance evaluations, maintain execution tracking logs, and build historical supplier records.
