Skechers Peru S.R.L. is seeking an Assistant Manager to be a natural leader in our busy store. You will support the store manager with daily operations, keep customers happy, and motivate a team to crush goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

We seek someone with previous assistant manager experience, strong leadership and communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and a drive to grow sales and morale. Competitive salary and benefits, plus development opportunities.
