dLocal in Buenos Aires is seeking a Strategy Manager to lead the Strategic Alignment & Execution pillar company-wide, turning high-level strategy into operational reality.

You will drive leadership cadences, annual planning, OKRs, and KPI setting, and act as an internal consultant on Strategy & Ops projects to identify growth opportunities across 40+ emerging markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Alignment & Execution pillar across the company, collaborating with the CEO, C-Suite and the Board.
• Turn high-level strategy into operational plans and annual planning.
• Drive leadership cadences, set objectives/KPIs, and manage Board-level communications.
• Act as an internal consultant on Strategy & Ops projects to identify growth opportunities and efficiencies.
• Identify growth opportunities and efficiencies to scale across 40+ emerging markets.

dLocal is seeking a Strategy Manager to lead the Strategic Alignment & Execution pillar of our team working closely with the CEO, the C-Suite and the Board. This is a high-level "Chief of Staff" style role company-wide designed for a "Builder and Doer" who can turn high-level strategy into operational reality. You will be the engine behind our leadership cadences—driving annual planning, setting objectives/KPIs, and managing Board-level communications. Beyond alignment, you will act as an internal consultant on the company’s most important Strategy & Ops projects, identifying growth opportunities and efficiencies to help dLocal scale across 40+ emerging markets.
