Accenture is seeking a PPA Functional Consultant to join our CFO & Enterprise Value practice in Argentina. The role focuses on Finance Transformation initiatives across Financial Close & Consolidation, Management Reporting, and Enterprise Performance Management, helping clients improve finance processes and decision-making.

You will analyze finance processes, facilitate workshops, translate requirements into functional designs, and support PPA implementations from design to deployment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, PPA Consulting, Financial Close & Consolidation, FP&A, or related Finance functions.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Experience participating in business process improvement or system implementation initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilités

About the Role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with platforms such as SAP Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning), Oracle FCCS, OneStream, or Anaplan.
• Exposure to Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting, and Performance Management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar) to support analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with senior Finance stakeholders in transformation programs.

Functional consultant with solid Finance process knowledge and experience supporting PPA-enabled transformation initiatives, capable of bridging business requirements and technology solutions.
