Accenture is seeking a senior Strategy & Consulting professional to lead transformation initiatives for global Consumer Goods and Retail clients. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, digital commerce, and analytics to turn complex challenges into clear business cases and roadmaps.

You will design and implement capabilities, operating models, and technology solutions, while managing scope, timelines, and cross-geographic teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in management, strategy, or technology consulting, ideally for Consumer Goods or Retail.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, major workstreams, and multidisciplinary teams with delivery accountability.
• Deep expertise in Consumer Goods or Retail areas (Brand Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, etc.).
• Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory to interact effectively.

• Lead business and technology transformation initiatives for global Consumer Goods and Retail clients across commercial, customer, retail, and supply chain functions.
• Advise senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, and Analytics; translate complex challenges into clear recommendations and roadmaps.
• Design and implement new capabilities, processes, operating models, and tech solutions to drive measurable outcomes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, quality, and stakeholder expectations while leading multidisciplinary teams across geographies.

IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• You must have 8+ years of experience in management, strategy, or technology consulting, ideally serving Consumer Goods or Retail clients, or in business/technology transformation roles within these industries.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, major workstreams, and multidisciplinary teams, with accountability for delivery outcomes, stakeholder management, and complex transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in one or more Consumer Goods or Retail areas, such as Brand Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Route-to-Market, Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Revenue Growth Management, Customer Experience, Digital Commerce, Planning & Merchandising, Supply Chain, or Data & Analytics.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory to interact effective...

DESIRABLE:

• An MBA or another relevant postgraduate degree.
• Experience with enterprise or industry platforms such as Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, SAP, RELEX, o9 Solutions, or comparable technologies supporting commercial, retail, planning, merchandising, or supply chain transformation.
• Experience with generative AI, agentic AI, automation, or advanced analytics, including the ability to identify practical business use cases and consider data quality, validation, and human oversight.
• Commercial mindset with experience identifying growth opportunities, contributing to proposal development, shaping solutions, supporting account growth, and expanding client engagements.
