Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in management, strategy, or technology consulting, ideally serving Consumer Goods or Retail clients.
• Experience in Consumer Goods or Retail areas such as Brand Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Route-to-Market, Retail Execution, TPM, Revenue Growth Management, Customer Experience, Digital Commerce, Planning & Merchandising, Supply Chain, or Data & Analytics.
• Advanced written and spoken English is mandatory.

• Support business and technology transformation initiatives for global Consumer Goods and Retail clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, and Analytics to translate findings into recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
• Assist design and implementation of new capabilities, processes, operating models, and technology solutions.
• Conduct research, business analysis, process assessments, and data-driven problem solving.

IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• You must have 4+ years of experience in management, strategy, or technology consulting, ideally serving Consumer Goods or Retail clients, or in business or technology transformation roles within these industries.
• Relevant experience in one or more Consumer Goods or Retail areas, such as Brand Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Route-to-Market, Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Revenue Growth Management, Customer Experience, Digital Commerce, Planning & Merchandising, Supply Chain, or Data & Analytics.
• Advanced written and spoken English is mandatory.

DESIRABLE:

• Experience with enterprise or industry platforms such as Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, SAP, RELEX, o9 Solutions, or comparable technologies supporting commercial, retail, planning, merchandising, or supply chain transformation.
• Experience with generative AI, agentic AI, automation, advanced analytics, or other AI-enabled tools, including the ability to identify practical business use cases and apply appropriate data quality, validation, and human oversight practices.
