Job summary

ExxonMobil Business Support Center Argentina S.R.L in Buenos Aires is seeking finance professionals to help drive stewardship, planning and analytics across Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions. You will engage with multiple teams to deliver accurate financial insights and robust reporting.

You should have a strong finance background, a CPA or equivalent, advanced English, and proven teamwork.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in: CPA (Contador Público), Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
Advanced English level and strong communication skills.
Teamwork and ability to work across multiple organizations.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proactivity, drive and innovation.

Responsibilities

Active engagement in company plan and stewardship.
Interaction with Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions Business Lines.
Provide support to customers and be part of a high-performing team.
Process improvements, automation and continuous improvement.
Stewardship: deviation analysis and business drivers' identification of P&L, volume, CAPEX and headcount.
Planning: variables forecasting to build the plan and management review/presentation.
Analytics: transition to modern practices and technology, unify models, support tools and projects.
