Globant is seeking a Staffing Analyst to optimize internal talent capacity and support business growth in Buenos Aires. The role focuses on matching internal candidates to new opportunities, validating data, and presenting talent to drive timely assignments.

The ideal candidate will have advanced English, strong communication skills, and experience in IT or related fields, with a business/HR or psychology background preferred. This is a hybrid role within Globant's dynamic teams.

The Staffing team is responsible for matching internal talent for the delivery of new business opportunities. This role is critical to optimize our internal talent capacity and support business growth.
