Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development in .NET/C#.
• PostgreSQL expertise including schema design and query performance.
• Experience building and supporting scalable systems and automated tests.
• Experience owning production systems, debugging incidents, and learning from live issues.
• Daily use of AI development tooling with the ability to verify and take responsibility for outputs.
• Strong written and spoken communication for distributed teams across time zones.

About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining mission-critical eDiscovery software used by legal teams around the world. This is a hands-on engineering position where you will own features from concept to production, leveraging modern AI development tools while maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and accountability.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable software solutions, has strong experience with .NET/C# and PostgreSQL, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

Day to day, you will design and implement features in .NET/C# services backed by PostgreSQL and writing automated tests. You will investigate and resolve production issues while tracing problems through the stack.

You will use AI tooling daily for code generation, review, test, and debugging, and you will verify its output before it ships. You will also mentor junior engineers, including on responsible and effective use of AI in software development, and contribute to the design discussions and code reviews that keep the codebase healthy.

Skills and experience:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in .NET/C#
• Solid PostgreSQL experience, including schema design and query performance
• Experience building and supporting scalable systems
• A habit of automated testing.
• Experience owning production systems from debugging, resolving, and learning from live incidents
• Daily fluency with AI development tooling, paired with the judgment to verify and take responsibility for what it produces
• Strong written and spoken communication, suited to distributed teams working across time zones
