About the Role

As a Sr. IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. Combining your technical expertise with strong project‑management skills, you will bridge the gap between coding intricacies and stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned projects and track their progress
• Direct initiatives to identify, prioritize, define, and implement improvements to processes and standard operations to achieve best‑in‑class status for software products
• Develop and track metrics relating to functional execution, stakeholder engagement, and business alignment
• Serve as a hub between team and client to ensure goals are met and expectations are clear
• Ensure team health by helping individuals evolve both personally and technically

Requirements

• 5+ years working as a Project Manager for IT solutions
• Software development experience
• English, at least C1
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Experience managing clients and stakeholders
• Experience in software outsourcing agencies / service consulting company (vs product company)
• Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
