Job summary

Coderio is seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-impact contract engagement with an international client. This strategic initiative focuses on modernizing complex enterprise data systems, migrating to Python and T-SQL, and delivering scalable APIs and dashboards.

You will work across backend (Python/Node.js), frontend (ReactJS), and database layers (SQL Server), with Kubernetes and CI/CD for deployment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Production-level experience with Python and Node.js.
• Hands-on ReactJS experience.
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server and performance tuning.
• Experience deploying on Kubernetes and with CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Data modernization: refactor legacy schemas into Python and modern reporting.
• Full stack engineering: design and optimize APIs and backend logic with Node.js and Python.
• Frontend delivery: build dashboards with ReactJS and Material-UI.
• Database optimization: tune T-SQL/SQL Server queries and procedures.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-impact contract engagement with one of our premier international clients. This strategic initiative focuses on a massive modernization effort, migrating complex enterprise data systems and large-scale data processing architectures into a high-performance solution built on Python and T-SQL. If you thrive on complex data engineering, frontend optimization, and clean-code modernization, this is the perfect challenge for you.

This position is open only to talent based in LATAM.

What To Expect In This Role (Responsibilities)

• Data Modernization: Deep dive into complex legacy data schemas to optimize, refactor, and convert backend database logic into clean, efficient Python scripts and modern reporting structures.
• Full Stack Engineering: Design, develop, and optimize robust APIs and backend business logic using Node.js and Python.
• Frontend Delivery: Build and enhance intuitive, high-performing user interfaces and data dashboards using ReactJS and Material-UI.
• Database Optimization: Write, troubleshoot, and fine-tune complex T-SQL / SQL Server queries, advanced stored procedures, and functions.
• Collaboration & Quality: Partner with global cross-functional teams, ensuring top-tier code quality, thorough documentation, and rigorous testing practices.

Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise-grade full-stack environments.
• Language: Full verbal and written fluency in English. Excellent communication skills are required for daily collaboration with global teams.
• Backend Stack: Proven, production-level development experience with Python and Node.js.
• Frontend Stack: Hands-on experience with ReactJS.
• Database Expertise: Advanced, deep knowledge of SQL Server (complex query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuning).
• DevOps Infrastructure: Solid experience managing and deploying applications on Kubernetes and handling CI/CD platform infrastructure.

Nice to Have

• Technical experience working with Sybase databases.
• Professional experience with Java.
• Prior background in large-scale data migration, report engine modernization, or legacy database restructuring.
