Specialist, General Management: The ClearPar Loan Operations division is seeking an Associate Director with project management, technical integration, product liaison, and business intelligence skills located in Gurgaon, India, to lead one of our global Loan Operations Teams. ClearPar is the first fully operational provider of par and distressed loan closing and record‑keeping services for the syndicated loan market. Through a unique combination of experienced personnel and electronic processing, hardware, and software, ClearPar has built a single platform system to address market demands for efficient settlement of par loan closings.

The Associate Director will supervise a dynamic team, responsible for all onboarding, data research, and processing functions on the Loan Operations Team which primarily supports ClearPar users and their system functionality needs. You will also be involved in projects to streamline processes across the division. In this position, you will gain exposure to an exciting financial market and interact daily with our clients at varying levels of seniority. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our next generation of team members as they learn about finance, banking, the syndicated loan market, and Software as a Service (SAAS) technology. As an Associate Director, you are expected to manage teams who support our clients and the business with operational duties and all trade support functions to ensure sufficient trade and syndicated facility data integrity. Responsibilities include accurately reviewing and maintaining asset and contract data, new deal creation, processing amendments, creating and modifying transfer docs, and primary delayed compensation syndication maintenance. You will lead team members as they provide onboarding support for new clients, their team members, and accounts to ensure a smooth and effective quality‑controlled onboarding process across multiple products. Your technical understanding of APIs, SFTP, Product Management, user interfaces, technical troubleshooting, and much more will be utilized in this role. Strict adherence to processing deadlines, quality‑controlled operational processes, and LSTA/LMA standards for processing and closure of primary and secondary par loan transactions and/or trades is required. You will be responsible for proactively identifying internal and external trade and system‑related issues and working seamlessly with internal partners and management on resolution plans and additional escalations. Your ability to capture and channel user feedback through proper communication and listening skills is imperative. You will partner with leaders, peers, product associates, sales, and relationship managers on required projects to serve our clients and facilitate continuous improvement of our products and services. You should be willing and able to cross‑train with neighboring divisions of the firm to provide an agile workforce capable of handling issues and engaging with joint clients.
