PAM Transport in Arkansas is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day social media efforts and collaborate with the graphic designer and videographer on content ideas. You will contribute across digital channels, grow engagement, and support recruiting campaigns.

The role requires hands-on social media experience, a creative mindset, and a willingness to learn platforms like Meta, Google, and Indeed. Monday–Friday 8:00AM–5:00PM with a pay range of $50,000–$60,000/year.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field.
• Experience creating short-form video, photography, or social media content.
• Basic experience with paid social media, digital advertising, or marketing analytics is preferred but not required.
• Experience in transportation, recruiting, or employment marketing is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Execute a results-driven organic social media strategy.
• Create, edit, schedule, and publish written, photo, and video content.
• Attend company and community events and produce live or timely social media content.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
• Develop and maintain a social media and content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Collaborate with the graphic designer and videographer to develop content ideas, plan creative projects, and help fill gaps based on the needs of the marketing team.
• Monitor social media messages, comments, reviews, and inquiries and respond appropriately.
• Identify industry trends, content opportunities, and relevant conversations.
• Review analytics and prepare reports on social media and marketing performance.
• Assist with influencer, employee advocacy, and community partnership initiatives.
• Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
• Support the marketing team with recruiting campaigns, email communications, website updates, print materials, internal communications, and other projects as needed.
• Assist with the setup, monitoring, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns.
• Help organize creative assets, campaign materials, and marketing requests.
• Work with internal departments and outside vendors to complete marketing projects.
